The platform reduces the complexity of information overload by delivering actionable insights that focus on what matters most to the prospect, while managers can monitor outreach efforts through an intuitive dashboard.


Role Description

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. As an integral part of our design team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape the visual identity and user experience of our platform from the ground up. You’ll be working closely with founders to create intuitive and impactful user experiences for our users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate directly with the founders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
  • Take full ownership of the UI/UX design process, from ideation to execution, ensuring the best possible user experience.
  • Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and data-driven insights.
  • Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Design high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and deliver detailed specifications for developers to implement.
  • Conduct user research, usability tests, and gather feedback to continuously improve designs and user experience.
  • Advocate for the user while balancing the needs of the business and technical constraints in an iterative design process.
  • Ensure design consistency across all web and mobile platforms while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design projects from ideation to execution, with examples of user-centered design thinking.
  • Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, interaction design, and user experience best practices.
  • Ability to take full ownership of the design process and work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills, able to present your designs clearly and justify design decisions.
  • Experience in conducting user research and usability testing is a plus.
  • A passion for working in a startup environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
