UX Designer

to join our growing team and play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our products.Role Overview

As a UX Designer at RaptorX, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and impactful user experiences that meet the needs of our diverse customer base. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to design clean, user-friendly interfaces that present complex data in a clear and actionable manner. Your work will help our users—ranging from fraud analysts to compliance officers—interact seamlessly with powerful AI-driven tools, allowing them to make informed, data-driven decisions.Key Responsibilities

User Research and Insights :Conduct user research and gather insights to deeply understand customer pain points, needs, and behaviors.Translate research findings into personas, journey maps, and use cases that drive design decisions.Design and Prototyping :Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize and iterate on ideas, working from concept to high-fidelity design.Develop intuitive interfaces that simplify complex workflows, ensuring clarity and usability across all product features.Collaboration with Product and Engineering :Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure that designs are feasible, align with business goals, and reflect technical capabilities.Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to ensure quality and consistency in implementation.User-Centered Problem Solving :Identify usability issues and design challenges unique to fraud detection and security applications, crafting solutions that enhance user efficiency and effectiveness.Create data visualization and dashboard interfaces that allow users to make quick, accurate interpretations of large datasets.Continuous Improvement and Testing :Conduct usability testing to validate designs, collecting feedback from real users to refine and optimize user experiences.Stay current with UX design best practices, bringing fresh ideas and creative solutions to enhance our platform.Requirements

Experience :3+ years in UX design, with a portfolio showcasing user-centric designs, particularly for SaaS or data-driven applications.Experience working with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.Technical and Design Skills :Proficiency in creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes, with a strong eye for detail and visual consistency.Familiarity with data visualization, dashboards, or complex interface design is a plus.Soft Skills :Excellent communication skills, with an ability to clearly present design ideas and collaborate effectively across teams.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.Preferred Qualifications

Experience with fraud detection, cybersecurity, or FinTech applications.Familiarity with agile development processes and collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Slack.Knowledge of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.Why Join RaptorX?
