This includes launching new offerings and driving market penetration to secure a dominant position.Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team across product, marketing, operations, and technology. You will ensure all teams are aligned and working efficiently toward a shared vision.Demand-Side Product Vision: Define the product roadmap for the customer-facing application. Your focus will be on user acquisition, engagement, and retention to drive strong business metrics.Supply-Side Product Oversight: Oversee the development and optimization of the partner-facing app and platform. You will be responsible for ensuring a scalable, efficient, and high-quality supply network.Performance & Growth Marketing: Lead all performance marketing efforts, balancing short-term ROI with long-term brand equity. Your goal is to acquire high-quality customers at an optimal CAC.Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish and monitor key business KPIs across the entire funnel, including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and repeat rates. You will use these insights to inform all strategic and operational decisions.International Expansion: Identify and execute a plan for expanding the Car Care Services business into new international markets. This involves a comprehensive analysis of market opportunities and strategic execution.
