Engineering Manager at Capillary Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of our organisation. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced engineering leader to impact a fast-paced and dynamic environment significantly.

Provide visionary leadership to the engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team.

Build and scale the engineering organisation to meet the demands of a rapidly growing company.

# Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of software solutions.

Uphold and enhance engineering best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.

Risk Management:

~ Identify and mitigate risks related to engineering projects, ensuring that potential challenges are addressed proactively.

# Collaborate with product management, design, and other key stakeholders to align engineering efforts with business objectives.

Resource Planning and Budgeting:

Develop and manage engineering budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for project success.

Make data-driven decisions to optimise efficiency and productivity.

Proven experience as a senior engineering leader with a track record of successfully managing and scaling engineering teams.

Strong technical background with expertise in software development methodologies, architecture, and technologies.

Demonstrated experience in driving strategic initiatives and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelors or advanced degree in computer science or a related field.
