Job Role: Software Support Executive

Location: Jaipur (Work from Office)
Experience: Minimum 6 Months
Interview: Walk-in
Notice Period: Immediate joiner

Responsibilities:

Handle client queries and provide timely solutions
Assist customers in using CRM & marketing automation tools
Troubleshoot technical/software issues
Collaborate with the product & tech teams for resolutions
Ensure customer satisfaction and smooth onboarding
