Sid's Farm is a niche dairy farm located in Hyderabad that provides 100% natural, chemical-free milk and wholesome products. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Associate. The Customer Support Associate will provide excellent customer service, manage customer experience, assist with sales, and train internal staff on product knowledge. The ideal candidate will be based out of Hyderabad and able to work on-site.
Qualifications
- Strong customer support, customer experience, and customer service skills
- Excellent sales and communication skills
- Experience in training and mentoring employees
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Experience in the dairy or agriculture industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
