Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team As the primary point of contact for our customers, you'll address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service via calling, whatsapp and email.. Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Executive, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:

· Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner

· Providing accurate and up-to-date information on inventory status, dispatch schedules, and other customer-related queries

Issue Resolution and Follow-up:

· Handling customer complaints or issues promptly and efficiently to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction

· Proactively following up with customers to provide updates or confirmations on their queries or issues

Record-Keeping and Collaboration:

· Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions

· Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and problem-solving

Customer Service Excellence:

· Upholding excellent customer service standards and maintaining positive relationships with clients

· Consistently delivering a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications:

· Educational Qualification: Minimum graduate.

· Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, email tools).

 

Desirable Skills:

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  Experience:

· Prior experience in a customer service role (preferably in call centers or similar industries) is a plus.

· Freshers with enthusiasm to learn and grow are welcome.
