Job Title: Finance Executive / Officer – DDU-GKY, Skill Development Government Projects Location: Head Office – Noida Sector 2 Organization: Inductus Limited ( Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 3–6 years (Experience in DDU-GKY / Skill Development Government Projects preferred) About the Role Inductus Limited is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Executive / Officer to manage the financial operations of DDU-GKY , government-funded projects , and general company accounting . The role includes PFMS operations , fund utilization , project and corporate accounting , compliance , audit coordination , and financial reporting . This position is based at our Head Office in Noida , with coordination across project offices in multiple states. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end accounting and fund flow for DDU-GKY and other government projects. Operate and maintain PFMS (Public Financial Management System) – fund requests, expenditure booking, utilization entries, and reconciliation. Prepare and submit financial statements , Utilization Certificates (UCs) , and fund utilization reports as per MoRD/SRLM guidelines. Consolidate state-level project financial data and ensure accurate reporting to management and funding agencies. Coordinate with state finance teams , project heads , and government officials for fund-related activities. Handle audit preparation , respond to audit observations, and ensure compliance closure. Support budget planning , fund forecasting , and financial analysis for ongoing projects. Manage day-to-day company accounting operations , including journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and vendor payments. Oversee accounts payable/receivable , employee reimbursements , and Tally ERP updates. Ensure statutory compliance (TDS, PF, ESI, GST, Income Tax) and timely return filings. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and MIS report preparation . Support statutory and internal audits , ensuring complete documentation and reconciliations. Contribute to financial planning, cost control, and budgetary management at the organizational level. Required Skills & Competencies ·        Strong working knowledge of PFMS portal – fund request, expenditure entry, and reconciliation (mandatory). ·        Hands-on experience in Tally ERP , MS Excel , and financial reporting . ·        In-depth knowledge of DDU-GKY / NRLM financial guidelines and cost norms. ·        Experience managing both project-based and corporate accounting . ·        Understanding of audit procedures , statutory compliance , and taxation . ·        Strong analytical , communication , and coordination skills. Educational Qualification ·        B. Com / M. Com / CA (Inter) or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance. Experience ·        3–6 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts. ·        Preference for candidates with experience in DDU-GKY / PMKVY / NRLM / Government-funded skill development projects . ·        Working knowledge of PFMS is mandatory . ·        Experience in general accounting and compliance management will be an added advantage.
