Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated User Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving user growth for our mobile apps through various marketing channels, both organic and paid. You will play a crucial role in expanding our user base by designing effective strategies, conducting A/B testing, and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities

* User Acquisition: Drive user growth through diverse marketing channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, social media, influencer marketing, ASO.

* A/B Testing: Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to identify the most effective marketing channels and optimize accordingly.

* Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage paid and organic marketing campaigns to increase app downloads and user engagement.

* Creative Strategy: Design and implement creative marketing strategies, including compelling ad creatives, and promotional content.

* Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics, analyze campaign data, and provide insights to refine marketing strategies.

* Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in mobile app marketing and identify new opportunities for growth.

* Collaboration: Work closely with the product, design, and development teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in mobile app marketing, user acquisition.

Skills:

Proven experience in running successful user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels.

Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).

Expertise in A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.

Proficiency in creating engaging ad creatives and marketing content.

Familiarity with ASO strategies and best practices for mobile apps.
