Our agency is also known for working with notable personalities and brands from Bombay and Ahmedabad.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Daily tasks include managing recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor regulations. Additionally, the HR Manager will develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.QualificationsExperience in recruitment and selection, employee relations, and performance managementKnowledge of HR systems and databasesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to develop and implement HR strategies and initiativesThorough knowledge of labor law and HR best practicesExcellent organizational and leadership skillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldProfessional HR certification is a plus
