Job Description: Business Research ManagerPosition Title: Business Research ManagerLocation: NoidaDepartment: Research & InsightsReports To: Director of Research & InsightsJob Summary:The Business Research Manager is responsible for overseeing and conducting comprehensive research projects that provide actionable insights to support business strategy and decision-making. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, competitive analysis, and consumer behavior. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Key Responsibilities:Research Strategy Development: Develop and implement research strategies that align with business objectives and provide valuable insights into market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.Project Management: Lead and manage end-to-end research projects, including planning, data collection, analysis, and reporting.Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform business decisions. Use statistical tools and methodologies to ensure accuracy and relevance.Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze market conditions, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure research findings are integrated into business strategies.Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations that effectively communicate research findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior research staff, providing guidance and support to develop their skills and ensure the quality of their work.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.Experience: At least 5 years of experience in business research, market analysis, or a similar role. Experience in a managerial or supervisory position is a plus.Skills:Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large amounts of data and translate it into actionable insights.Proficiency in research methodologies, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools.Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with research tools (e.g., SPSS, SAS, Tableau).Personal Attributes:Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonusesHealth insuranceOpportunities for professional development and career advancement
