The Vice President/ Director of Research Strategy brings a proven expertise in executing end to end primary research engagements. We are seeking an accomplished and strategic leader to lead our quantitative research team in translating data into actionable business intelligence. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in quantitative analysis, a proven track record of driving insights, and the ability to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced market research environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead research and strategy projects within the [CPG/Tech/Financial Services/Healthcare/Media/Telecom] sector.
- Develop and implement research strategies that deliver actionable insights to clients, supporting decision-making and business growth.
- Manage the execution of both qualitative and quantitative research, from design through analysis and presentation.
- Provide thought leadership on industry-specific trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Mentor and guide junior research staff, ensuring high-quality execution and client 8+ years of experience in research, strategy, or consulting, with significant exposure to either CPG, Tech, Financial Services, Healthcare, Media, or Telecom sector.
- Extensive experience in leading end-to-end research projects, from scoping and design to execution and reporting.
- Proven success in providing actionable, data-driven insights that drive client decisions and business outcomes.
- Experience managing client relationships, including C-suite level, and translating client needs into tailored research solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with senior leadership, research staff, and Deep expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, with a strong ability to integrate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present research findings to both internal and external stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of either CPG, Tech, Financial Services, Healthcare, Media, or Telecom industry, including trends, challenges, and key market drivers.
- Experience working in a consulting or agency environment with a focus on integrating research with strategic business planning.
- Familiarity with advanced research tools and technologies
- Ability to manage and drive client relationships, from proposal to execution, ensuring high client satisfaction and repeat business.
