We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Account Manager to oversee and expand our staffing initiatives in the LATAM region. In this role, you will not only drive recruiting processes but also play a crucial part in business development by identifying and cultivating new clients, generating additional revenue, and growing our client base. You will build strong relationships with hiring managers, ensure a smooth recruiting and onboarding experience for candidates, and champion Quadrant’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) by fostering an inclusive hiring environment. Additionally, you will represent and promote the Quadrant brand through networking, events, and industry engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Proactively identify new business opportunities and client prospects to expand Quadrant’s LATAM footprint. Drive revenue growth by bringing in new clients and securing additional staffing contracts.
Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, consultative partnerships with hiring managers and client stakeholders, ensuring that staffing needs are met efficiently and strategically.
Role Kick-off Facilitation: Lead role kick-off meetings to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and have the necessary information for streamlined recruitment processes.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive, smooth interview experience for each candidate through timely and transparent communication.
ATS Management: Keep our ATS (Vultus) organized and updated, documenting interview feedback and ensuring accurate records throughout the hiring process.
Onboarding Collaboration: Work closely with the onboarding team to provide them with all necessary details, ensuring seamless transitions for new hires.
DEI Initiatives: Support Quadrant’s DEI values by working with the People team to innovate and implement strategies for attracting and hiring diverse talent.
Brand Promotion and Networking: Act as a brand ambassador by attending and planning career fairs, conferences, meetups, and other recruiting events to promote Quadrant’s brand and attract talent.

Recruitment Expertise: 4+ years of full-cycle, in-house technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with LATAM staffing experience.

ATS Knowledge: Experienced in ATS platforms (bonus points for familiarity with Vultus).
Relationship Builder: A natural people-person with empathy and a talent for building meaningful partnerships with hiring managers and clients.
Sourcing Savvy: Skilled at sourcing passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Dice, and advanced search techniques.
