Account Manager-LATAM Region Staffing

Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Proactively identify new business opportunities and client prospects to expand Quadrant’s LATAM footprint. Drive revenue growth by bringing in new clients and securing additional staffing contracts.- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, consultative partnerships with hiring managers and client stakeholders, ensuring that staffing needs are met efficiently and strategically.- Role Kick-off Facilitation: Lead role kick-off meetings to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and have the necessary information for streamlined recruitment processes.- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive, smooth interview experience for each candidate through timely and transparent communication.- ATS Management: Keep our ATS (Vultus) organized and updated, documenting interview feedback and ensuring accurate records throughout the hiring process.- Onboarding Collaboration: Work closely with the onboarding team to provide them with all necessary details, ensuring seamless transitions for new hires.- DEI Initiatives: Support Quadrant’s DEI values by working with the People team to innovate and implement strategies for attracting and hiring diverse talent.- Brand Promotion and Networking: Act as a brand ambassador by attending and planning career fairs, conferences, meetups, and other recruiting events to promote Quadrant’s brand and attract talent.
