Job Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced

India Contract Staffing Manager

to lead and manage our staffing operations for the Indian market. This role will be responsible for driving contract staffing strategies, ensuring compliance, and maintaining smooth staffing processes for a diverse range of industries. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Indian contract staffing ecosystem and a proven ability to manage short- Mid range teams, client expectations, and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and Implement Staffing Strategies:

Design and execute effective staffing strategies that align with client needs, focusing exclusively on the Indian market.Client Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention. Act as a consultant to address client staffing needs.End-to-End Staffing Process Management:

Oversee the complete lifecycle of contract staffing, from talent sourcing and recruitment to onboarding, deployment, and contract closure.Compliance and Legal Adherence:

Ensure full compliance with Indian labor laws, including employment contracts, payroll regulations, tax obligations, and other statutory compliances.Team Leadership:

Lead a team of recruiters, coordinators, and other staffing professionals, ensuring productivity and high standards of performance.Market Trends and Business Development:

Stay updated on market trends in contract staffing and suggest new opportunities to expand the client base. Support business development efforts with market intelligence and insights.Operational Excellence:

Optimize staffing operations for efficiency, ensuring timely placement of resources, management of contractual obligations, and smooth coordination between clients and contractors.Reporting and Analytics:

Provide regular reports on staffing metrics, contract fulfillment, and team performance. Use data to drive decisions and improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:Experience:

Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in contract staffing with a focus on the Indian market.Industry Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of the Indian staffing industry, including current market trends, labor laws, compliance requirements, and vendor management practices.Client-Focused:

Proven experience in managing large client accounts and delivering successful staffing solutions.Leadership:

Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and mentoring teams.Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze staffing needs, market data, and team performance to implement improvements.Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in infrastructure practice.Strong understanding of EOR (Employer of Record) and payroll solutions in India.Experience with staffing tools and technology platforms.
