From concept to completion, our work blends creativity with precision — and we’re looking for a dynamic Interior Design Project Manager to lead our projects with equal passion and professionalism. Role Overview As an Interior Design Project Manager , you will oversee the entire project lifecycle — from design development and client coordination to vendor management and on-site execution. You’ll collaborate closely with our design team, clients, and contractors to ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and true to the design intent. Manage end-to-end execution for residential and/or commercial interior projects Coordinate with the design team to translate concepts into detailed drawings and specifications Handle project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation Liaise with clients, vendors, and contractors for seamless communication and workflow Conduct regular site visits to ensure design quality and timely progress Oversee procurement, material approvals, and installation timelines Identify potential risks and proactively resolve project challenges Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company standards Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design , Architecture , or a related field ~1–2 years of experience in interior design project management (residential/commercial) ~ Strong understanding of design documentation, materials, and finishes ~ Proficiency in AutoCAD , SketchUp , MS Office , and project management tools ~ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Experience in premium residential interiors or corporate fit-outs Opportunity to work on diverse, design-driven projects A supportive and creative work environment Competitive compensation Professional growth and learning opportunities with the subject line: “Application – Interior Design Project Manager”
