Job Title - Senior Project Manager Experience -8+ Years Job Location - Bangalore Max CTC -Max. 22 LPA Banking Domain Preferred Skills (Must Have): SAFe Certified Scrum Master (SSM) or equivalent Agile certification Minimum 12 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager, preferably in the banking domain Strong understanding of Agile frameworks: Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban Proven experience in project management, delivery tracking, and stakeholder communication Proficiency in Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar Experience leading SAFe Agile Release Train events (e.g., PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums) Ability to coordinate across multiple teams, resolve dependencies, and remove impediments Experience supporting Product Owners with Feature and Epic prioritization and planning Skilled in delivery tracking, milestone planning, and KPI definition Capable of maintaining risk logs and preparing status reports for senior leadership Strong communication, documentation, facilitation, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills Skills (Good to have): PMP certification is a plus Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure Hands-on experience managing distributed or remote teams Role & Responsibility: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews, PI Planning, etc.) Guide teams on Agile/Scrum practices and help them continuously improve Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog is well-groomed and prioritized Track and report on team progress, risks, and impediments using Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery Remove impediments to team progress and foster a high-performing team environment Manage scope, budget, and timelines, ensuring alignment with business and client expectations Drive process improvements and promote Agile best practices across the organization Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and RTEs in a SAFe environment to manage dependencies Qualification: Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
