You’ll be the go-to person for bringing cross-functional teams together, navigating priorities, and making sure we’re always delivering value, not just software.You’ll work closely with senior sponsors, business analysts, and technical stakeholders on the client side-navigating expectations, translating needs into action, and ensuring alignment at every stage of delivery.In short, you’ll help us build trusted client relationships, deliver meaningful products, and drive execution with confidence, clarity, and a commitment to excellentWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORTechnical & Operational Fluencyo At least 12 + years of IT industry experience with financial services technology, ideally in middle office or post-trade operations.o Extensive expertise in multi-asset workflows, including equities, fixed income, FX, OTCderivatives and with particular depth in listed futures and options, spanning front-to-back tradelifecycle, execution nuances, and post-trade processes.Project & Delivery Leadershipo Proven industry experience as a Project or Delivery Manager delivering technology projectswithin capital markets- whether as a Delivery Manager, Implementation Lead, or ProjectManager.oStrong ability to balance business requirements with technical execution and timelineconstraints.Capital Markets & Securities Operations KnowledgeoClear understanding of front-to-back processes within the securities trade lifecycle.oAbility to speak the language of operations teams and translate their needs into cleardeliverables.Agile Experienceo Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including backlog management and sprint-based development cyclesJob Description :oComfortable navigating change and ambiguity within fast-paced delivery environments.Communication SkillsoStrong ability to convey information effectively to both technical and non-technicalstakeholders.oAbility to manage difficult conversations with knowledge and professionalism.oComfortable navigating changes within fast-paced delivery environments.Problem-SolvingoSolutions oriented mindset with the ability to assess risks, unblock issues, and drive alignmentacross functions.WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR DELIVERINGEnd-to-End Project DeliveryoLead and oversee delivery of client projects for our middle office application- from planningthrough release and post-go-live stabilization.Client Relationship ManagementoAct as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating clear communicationand addressing any issues that arise.Stakeholder CommunicationoEngage directly with senior sponsors, business analysts, and technical teams on the client sideto clarify goals, manage expectations, and align on delivery outcomes.Backlog & Scope ManagementoOwn and manage project-specific backlogs in partnership with clients and internal teams,ensuring clarity on scope, readiness, and priorities.Risk and Escalation Management:oAnticipate risks, manage escalations, and ensure swift resolution of client-facing issues byworking cross-functionally with support, operations, and engineering.Quality AssuranceoEnsure deliverables meet internal quality standards and client expectations, with an eye towardlong-term client satisfaction.Resource PlanningoWork with scrum leads to plan and allocate resources, escalating capacity constraints whenneeded.Continuous ImprovementoIdentify areas to streamline processes and improve delivery outcomes- both internally and forclients.Agile ExecutionoFoster agile delivery practices across all workstreams, ensuring collaboration, transparency,and iterative progress
