The implementation team holds the responsibility of being the first ‘face to the client’. We set the scene for future collaboration and must work efficiently, professionally and in line with the client's expectation of an outsourced partner. We work under pressure and must therefore be in control and demonstrate a constant ability to be flexible within the constraints of very rigid project management principles. The implementation team must maintain the integrity of our Global implementation methodology and ensure a smooth transition from the Business Development team takes place and subsequently prepare a stable handover to the Operations team. purpose of the job Directing and managing large size multi-country/regional implementation projects. The Project Manager works independently and deals with senior level stakeholders, workers and/or profiles. The Project Manager will also share responsibility for the onboarding and training of new colleagues by providing mentoring/buddy support. EducationBachelor or University degree preferably in Business Administration or Economics or relevant business experience Experience6+ years’ experience in Project Management managing complex implementations within the RPO, MSP & SOW industryDemonstrated skills and experience to advise and lead on implementation processes and procedures as well as taking ownership of issues and responsibilities KnowledgeEvidence of a high level project management knowledge in MSP or RPO and preferably SOW Understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful project management.
