Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to oversee the marketing efforts across four hotels within our group in South Goa. The ideal candidate Should have prior experience in the hospitality industry and a strong background in driving business growth in leisure, weddings, corporate events, and group bookings. This role also involves managing relationships with travel agents and OTAs, leading a sales team, and ensuring that yearly sales targets are met. The candidate should be based in Goa to effectively manage and understand the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement tailored marketing plans for the group, targeting leisure travellers, weddings, corporate clients, and group bookings across all four hotels.

2. Wedding & Corporate Business Development: Drive business for weddings, conferences, and events by generating and converting leads into confirmed bookings.

3. Travel Agent & OTA Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and online travel agents (OTAs) to increase sales and brand exposure across the hotels.

4. Achieve Yearly Targets: Meet and exceed annual sales and revenue goals for all four hotels, with a focus on maximizing growth in key market segments.

5. Sales Team Management: Lead and manage the sales teams for all four hotels, providing guidance, setting targets, and ensuring alignment with the marketing strategy.

6. Digital Marketing: Oversee the digital marketing strategy, including SEO, website content, social media, and email marketing to maximize visibility and conversion for all hotels.

7. Advertising & Promotions: Plan and execute advertising campaigns across online and offline media channels to drive bookings and increase brand awareness for the hotel group.

8. Public Relations & Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses to expand the resort's visibility.

9. Market Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, sales metrics, and market trends for all four hotels. Provide regular reports to senior management.

10. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum 10 years of marketing experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of managing multiple properties and sales teams. Previous experience working in a similar role for a hotel group is essential.

2. Local Knowledge: The ideal candidate must be based in Goa and have a deep understanding of the local market, its dynamics, and customer preferences.

3. Skills: Strong proficiency in sales management, business development, and relationship management with travel agents and OTAs.

4. Attributes: Goal-oriented, strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks across several hotels while providing actionable insights to management.
