The company’s vision is to empower everyone towards an active and healthier lifestyle through innovative fitness solutions, enabled by technology.About the Role: We are looking for an Area Sales Executive who will be capable of increasing sales within an assigned geographical area and guiding a team of field sales representatives.Responsibilities:- Expand the business network through appointment of new dealers and motivating the existing dealers in their area.- Meet Dealers as per call cycle plan.- Collect market information, collecting competitor's data and sending it to management.- Execution of sales strategies.- Making PI, follow-up for invoicing and dispatch activities.- Bring new partners on board and maintain relationships with existing partners.- Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company’s products.- Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/partner expectations.- Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/partners and the engineering team.Qualifications:- A minimum of 2-3 years of work experience of Fitness Equipment or Sports Industry background.- A bachelors’ or masters’ degree in sales/marketing.- Thorough understanding of the industry.- Exceptional communication skills.- Flexible to travel to partner locations.- Solution-oriented outlook.- Ability to build lasting relationships.Required Skills:- Exceptional communication skills.- Solution-oriented outlook.- Ability to build lasting relationships.- Experience in the Fitness Equipment or Sports Industry.- Understanding of sales and marketing principles.
