What You’ll do
- Publisher Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers through regular communication, negotiations, and conflict resolution.
- Inventory Optimization: Manage ad inventory supply, ensuring it aligns with advertiser demand while maximizing revenue for the company.
- Recruitment of New Publishers: Identify potential publishers, facilitate the onboarding process, negotiate contracts, and handle technical integrations.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of publisher placements, leveraging data to improve supply quality and effectiveness.
- Revenue Maximization: Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue from publishers, including header bidding and ad format optimization.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align publisher strategies with overall company goals.
What We Look For
- 2+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, running mobile/performance campaigns.
- Experience in CPA and ROAS optimization.
- Has a good network of publisher for managing campaign delivery.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Comfortable with Excel.
- Hands-on approach, outstanding time management, organizational, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail, and analytical background.
- Proactive team player with the ability to adapt to a fast-growing tech company.
- MBA/Bachelor’s degree.
