Working Days – Monday to Sunday with a weekly off on a day other than Sunday.

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
- Manage a mix of existing customers & develop new customers
- Handle customer calls/ visits both inbound & outbound
- Provide appropriate solutions & alternatives within the time limits
- Follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions
- Process customer accounts & file documents
- Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
- Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
- Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
- Participate in events on weekends
Key Skills
- Excellent communication - Knowledge of English and Hindi with a decent understanding of Kannada.
- Good client management ability.
- Candidate should have the acumen to understand the business needs in a short period of time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 1 - 3 years' of sales or account management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
