FRUTTA is an innovative Food Tech Start-up founded by alumni from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA). We specialize in bringing convenience and flexibility to Corporates by aggregating snacks, food, and special events. From healthy snacks, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and fruit bowls to live counters and gourmet meals, we’ve got it all covered.

Role Overview:
As a Corporate Sales Executive, you’ll report directly to the Business Head and play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy. This role is perfect for a dynamic and motivated individual eager to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the Charge: Manage and grow our sales pipeline by targeting both IT and non-IT corporates.
- Sell the Vision: Engage HR, Admins, and Facility Managers with the exciting possibilities FRUTTA offers.
- Seal the Deal: Convert leads into sales by effectively negotiating and overcoming objections, closing contracts, and ensuring timely payment.
- Strategize for Success: Develop annual and half-yearly calendars for corporate events to maximize order conversions.
- Innovate & Network: Find creative ways to connect with potential clients using social media and other platforms.
- Own Your Targets: Plan and prioritize customer meetings to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Keep it Moving: Report daily on sales calls, conversions, and upcoming plans.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2-5 years in corporate sales, ideally within mid-sized companies.
- B2B Expertise: Strong background in B2B sales with a focus on admins and HRs.
- Go-Getter Attitude: You’re driven, ambitious, and ready to grow with us.
- Communication Pro: Excellent verbal communication skills to clearly present our brand and offerings.
- Ready to Travel: Comfortable with extensive travel within Chennai.
- Results-Oriented: You thrive in a target-driven environment and love the challenge of concept selling.
- Detail-Oriented: Consistent with documentation and daily reporting.
