Loan Operations (AFS/ LaserPro)- Associate/ Senior Associate/Delivery Lead/Manager - Loan Operations (US Shift- 6:30 PM- 3:30 AM, Work from office)Acuity is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have strong leadership, organizational and project management for its Lending Services team based in Gurgaon.Notice Period- 0-60 days (Preferred)Interested candidate may share their resume at- Closing & DocumentationGenerate loan documents for all product types (New, Renewals, Modifications, Extensions) using LaserProReview signed documentation and validate loan closing items.Complete and validate Closing Instructions (CI) for BHG, Equipment Leasing, and Warehouse loans.Record and maintain tickler items for post-closing follow-up.Loan Funding & BoardingPerform loan boarding/booking activities including Standby Letters of Credit (LC) into the core system – AFS VisionExecute fund disbursement for all loan types in accordance with approved instructions.Post-Closing & ComplianceMaintain vault files and ensure proper documentation storage.Scan and archive signed loan documents, Credit Closing Records (CCRs), and other relevant materials etc.QualificationsMin 5 years’ experience in Commercial deal closing function, closing document preparation and review across Bilateral & Syndicated LoansUnderstandingof Lending lifecyclewith excellent understanding of Loan Agreements, Security agreements and other loan documentsExcellent knowledge in Finastra LaserPro and AFSvisionGood Understanding of loan documentation, closing procedures, and core banking systems.Good understanding of Project Management principlesExcellent written and strong business communication skills to deal with a variety of stakeholdersClient Management skillsCommerce Graduate / MBA (Finance)
