This role ensures that Beauty Advisorsand retail staff embody the brand’s values, deliver exceptional customer experiences,and achieve sales targets through expertise in fragrance products and storytelling.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery:1. Conduct in-depth fragrance training sessions for Beauty Advisors and retail staff,including product knowledge, ingredients, fragrance families, olfactorytechniques, and storytelling.2. Implement interactive training techniques such as role-playing, livedemonstrations, and scent workshops.3. Ensure consistent delivery of brand-specific training modules across multiplelocations.Content Development:4. Develop engaging training materials, presentations, and guides tailored todifferent learning styles.5. Update training modules regularly to reflect new launches, trends, andadvancements in fragrance technology.6. Create quizzes, gamified activities, and assessments to reinforce knowledgeretention.Sales Enablement:7. Equip Beauty Advisors with effective selling techniques, upselling strategies, andapproaches to address customer queries confidently.8. Collaborate with the Sales team to align training programs with KPIs andpromotional campaigns.9. Provide coaching on creating personalized customer experiences usingfragrance layering and storytelling.Performance Monitoring:10.Conduct in-store observations and mystery shopping to assess the effectivenessof training and identify improvement areas.11. Analyze sales data to measure training impact and refine future sessionsaccordingly.12. Provide regular feedback to retail teams, recognizing performance andaddressing skill gaps.Collaboration and Reporting:13. Work closely with the Marketing, Brand, and Retail Operations teams to aligntraining initiatives with brand goals.14. Report on training outcomes, employee engagement, and development progressto senior management.Key Competencies• Fragrance Expertise: In-depth understanding of fragrance notes, composition,families, and trends.• Storytelling: Ability to craft and deliver compelling narratives around fragranceorigins, inspiration, and usage to enhance customer engagement.• Training Skills: Ability to deliver dynamic and engaging training sessions.• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverseaudiences.• Customer-Centric Approach: Passion for delivering exceptional customerexperiences.• Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.• Adaptability: Ability to manage training across different regions, cultures, andretail environments.Qualifications and Experience• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Cosmetics, Marketing, or Training).• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in fragrance training, beauty retail, or asimilar role.• Proven expertise in fragrance, beauty, or luxury retail.• Certification in training or facilitation (e.g., Train the Trainer) is preferred.• Strong proficiency in MS Office and digital training tools.
