As a **Beauty Advisor**, you’ll play a crucial role in assisting customers with their cosmetic and skincare needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- **Greeting Customers**: Welcome customers as they arrive at the store.
- **Makeup Demonstrations**: Demonstrate proper makeup techniques to clients.
- **Product Recommendations**: Suggest beauty products that align with clients’ preferences and needs.
- **Cross-Selling**: Cross-sell related beauty products (such as serums, body lotions, and hair care items) when appropriate.
- **Skin Care Guidance**: Advise customers on skincare routines and how to care for their skin.
- **Experience**: Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor or in a similar role is beneficial.
- **Customer Service**: Retail customer service experience is a plus.
- **Product Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of makeup, hair care, and skincare products.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal communication skills.
- **Calm Under Pressure**: Ability to remain pleasant during peak hours.

**Education**: High school diploma is required; additional education in Cosmetology or a relevant field is advantageous.
