Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Hyderabad

CTC:  Rs 45,000 to Rs 50,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reporting To: Directors/ Branch Manager


Key Responsibilities:

·      Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

·      Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.

·      Build and nurture relationships with key clients and partners.

·      Engage with existing clients to increase business volume and ensure retention.

·      Actively participate in RFQs and tender processes.

·      Collaborate with operations teams to ensure we get the costing on time.

·      Design strategies to effectively communicate the value proposition of the organization.

·      Work closely with operations, sales, and finance teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.

·      Ensure seamless communication between different departments to facilitate smooth service delivery.

·      Assist in planning client visits and maintaining a professional representation of the company.

·      Generate regular reports on client feedback, market insights, and sales performance.

·      Provide actionable recommendations to improve marketing efforts.

·      Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure alignment with company objectives.

·      Assisting in handling Branch operations.


Qualifications & Requirements:-

·      Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

degree or specialization in logistics/transportation is an added advantage.

·      Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing or business development in the logistics or transportation industry.

·      Strong track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.

·      Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

·      Languages: Fluency in English/Hindi / Telgu
