About the Role

We're looking for a Conversational AI Engineer to design, build, and optimize next-gen intelligent chatbots that transform customer engagement. If you're passionate about AI/ML, natural language processing (NLP), and building human-like conversational experiences, this role is for you.

You'll lead the development of end-to-end chatbot solutions - designing workflows, integrating APIs, crafting prompts, and building tools that power seamless customer journeys across support, billing, and more.

This is a rare opportunity to join a 0-1 journey with a seasoned team and top-tier advisors to shape the way millions interact with AI-powered systems in real time .

What You'll Do

  • Design Conversational Flows: Build and optimize intelligent customer support experiences on the Maven AGI platform
  • Integrate APIs: Connect chatbots with CRM, billing, ticketing, and enterprise systems
  • Engineer Prompts: Write effective LLM-driven prompts to improve accuracy and engagement with workflow automation
  • Optimize Performance: Continuously monitor KPIs (deflection rate, accuracy, CSAT) and refine flows

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in conversational AI / chatbot development (LLM-based preferred)
  • Strong background in API development & integration (REST, Webhooks)
  • Hands-on NodeJS experience for chatbot workflows
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and working with LLMs (RAG pipelines, fine-tuning)
  • Experience with customer support platforms (Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk)
  • Problem-solving, debugging, and independent delivery mindset
