Conversational AI Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced Conversational AI Solutions Architect to join our team.

Job Description:

As a seasoned AI/ML engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing Conversational AI solutions leveraging Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Bot Framework. Your expertise will enable us to deliver innovative conversational experiences that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Conversational AI solutions that integrate with various platforms and services.
  • Build, fine-tune, and optimize Large Language Model (LLM)-based applications to drive business value.
  • Create secure, scalable integrations with Microsoft Graph, M365 APIs, and RESTful services to enhance user engagement.
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-based architectures and work with vector databases to improve conversational accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define use cases, deploy proof of concepts (PoCs), and lead end-to-end AI product delivery.
  • Develop Copilot Plugins for the Microsoft 365 suite to expand its capabilities.
  • Ensure best practices in prompt design, model orchestration, and error handling to maintain high-quality conversational experiences.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML systems, specifically Conversational AI solutions.
  • Practical experience working with LLMs like GPT, BERT, etc.
  • Expertise in designing and optimizing prompts for LLMs; experience with fine-tuning models.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI APIs, model deployment, lifecycle management.
  • Strong familiarity with Azure ML, Azure Cognitive Services, and AI Foundry.
  • Integration with Microsoft Graph API and standard REST APIs.
  • Experience building RAG systems using embeddings and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Azure AI Search).
  • Deep understanding of M365 Copilot APIs and plugin development patterns.
  • Strong skills in Python and/or Node.js for backend orchestration, bot logic, and API development.
