Lead Conversational AI Engineer

Role : Lead Conversational AI Engineer



Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design conversational experiences for users.
  • Independently deliver features that meet team design requirements.
  • Own outcomes without direct supervision.
  • Analyse existing data and identify opportunities to create more personalized user experiences.
  • Fine-tune models with data specific to the use case.
  • Utilize RAG approaches to augment data in LLMs.
  • Set up new workflows, systems, and tools from scratch.


Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
  • Background in building conversational bots and fine-tuning models.
  • Understanding of RAG-based approaches.
  • Financial concepts and investing knowledge beneficial but not required.
