**Conversational AI Engineer Position Overview**

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze user data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize model performance.
  • Develop and maintain internal tools and workflows to support model development and deployment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on natural language processing and machine learning.
  • Proven track record of developing and deploying large-scale language models.
  • Experience working with generative AI and conversational bots.
  • Familiarity with RAG-based approaches and fine-tuning models.
