Leadership Team : Consists of seasoned professionals from Bain & Co. & KPMG.

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Executive to manage and grow our presence on e-commerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, optimizing marketing strategies, managing inventory, and ensuring seamless coordination with marketplace points of contact (POCs) to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Marketplace Management :
  • Manage the growth of APPL brands (Beardhood, Sotrue, Djokr) on leading e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.
  • Coordinate with marketplace POCs to create and execute joint business plans for sales growth and brand visibility.

  • Inventory & Purchase Orders :
  • Ensure inventory levels are accurately maintained across different portals, coordinating closely with the supply chain team.
  • Obtain POs from marketplace account managers, ensuring timely fulfillment, delivery, and adherence to all processes.

  • Content & Creative Coordination :
  • Collaborate with the design team to execute brand creatives, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Ideate and execute content strategies, including graphics and videos, to enhance brand performance on e-commerce portals.

  • New Product Development & Research :
  • Conduct market research for new product launch opportunities, optimizing listings, bundling products, and identifying replication opportunities.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration :
  • Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure timely forecasting, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with the finance team for budgetary planning and financial tracking for e-commerce campaigns.
  • Partner with marketing agencies to develop and execute brand communication strategies.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce account management or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends, opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the personal care, grooming, or wellness industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
