Social Media Executive

We are a start-up organization serving a variety of vertical markets. We are looking for someone who has experience as a growth marketer and can wear multiple hats.
Job Type: Full-time (Mumbai Branch Office)
KRA: Community Building for Brands.
Skills:
Self-motivated yet customer-focused
Proficient in internet research and social media insights
Excellent in communication & community management
Excited & motivated to keep the community engaged across various social media platforms
Experience in concepts & ideas for social media campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
Must be aware of current social marketing tools and trends.
Successfully managed to develop their own Instagram and YouTube page.
Extensive experience with impromptu content creation
Knowledge about various tools like Canva, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads Manager.
Responsibilities:
Strategize, build and maintain social media communities for clients
Gather and Summarize Analytics and Insights from social platforms.
Stay engaged with the audience across all platforms using comments, DMs etc.
Collaborate with internal teams and participate in content creation and publishing.
Identify trends, hashtags and insights, and come up with ideas to harp on those trends.
Eligibility
Bachelors in Communications (Preferred)
2+ years of proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
Experience leading and managing social media and/or display advertising campaigns
