RECRUITMENT:
Coordinate with the hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social and professional platforms)
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details
Do background check
Give employer branding suggestions, if you can
OPERATIONS:
Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Know HRMS systems like ZOHO People
Keep people retention at top of your KRA
