Location : Chennai / Bangalore / Pune(Remote with occasional travel) Employment Type : Full-Time Established in 2020 and headquartered in California, ORO is a SaaS based procurement startup that makes procurement easy and efficient for all employees. We dramatically improve traditional procurement operations by taming the chaotic enterprise spending on business-critical purchases and supplier engagements. We have worked on a streamlined workflow which manages critical tasks like procurement, supplier fraud prevention, invoicing, and more. Our solution helps a number of Fortune 200 companies meet their business goals. As a Techno-Functional Consultant, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between technology and business requirements for our clients, defining and configuring the ORO Platform and necessary integrations with clients' IT landscape which includes systems such as the major ERPs (primarily SAP) S2P front-end applications (primarily Ariba, related systems could be Coupa, Icertis, Conga, Jaggaer, Ivalua, and Fieldglass) Compliance systems Your work will support clients in improving procurement efficiency and unlocking the full potential of their IT investments. Lead or support the implementation of our SaaS-based Procurement Orchestration tool in large enterprise environments. - Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user adoption initiatives to ensure successful rollouts. - Act as a subject matter expert on SAP and Ariba or similar tools, across modules, including Sourcing, Contracts, Procurement, and Supplier Management. - Configure and customize ORO Platform, and advise the client on changes required on Ariba and SAP to meet client-specific needs, ensuring seamless integration with our orchestration platform. - Designing and building integrations using no-code middleware platform - Troubleshoot technical issues related to system integrations, data flow, and process automation. - Provide hands-on support during all phases of implementation, from design and testing to go-live and post-implementation support. - 6-10 years of experience in implementing SAP and Ariba or related systems in large enterprise environments, preferably in the US or Europe. - Strong techno-functional expertise in SAP (MM, SRM, or related modules) and Ariba (Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing, Contracts,CIG). - Experience with procurement processes, supplier management, and integration with ERP systems. - Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS solutions and integration methodologies. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Experience in implementing orchestration layers or middleware for procurement processes. - Knowledge of scripting languages and API integration. - Experience working in a fast-paced startup or consulting environment.
