Moveworks is an Enterprise Agentic AI platform for employee support across across all departments (IT, HR, Finance, Marketing etc). It offers an AI assistant that integrates with all applications in a company and helps employees to find information, take actions, and receive notifications – all via a single chatbot. Moveworks is used by 350+ companies worldwide including Github, Salesforce, Slack, Linkedin, Coca-Cola, Spotify, Airbnb, Honeywell, CVS Pharmacy and many more. ServiceNow announced in March 2025 that it’s going to acquire Moveworks for $2.ServiceNow has committed to keep Moveworks as a separate product and brand post-acquisition. We help customers implement Moveworks and build AI agents that integrate with their applications. We also have our own product portfolio that complement Moveworks and help customers with AI adoption challenges. As a Senior Technical Consultant: ~ You will learn the ins-and-outs of the Moveworks platform (on-the-job training) ~ Work on new Moveworks implementations for customers (greenfield projects) ~ Build AI agents on the Moveworks platform using Agent Studio (brownfield projects) ~-- Conduct technical analysis and workshops with customers to design the integrations for these AI agents ~-- Lead successful implementation of the AI agents & integrations by working closely with your team as well as key customer stakeholders (application admins and architects) ~ Utilize your software development skills to enhance 89 Solutions’s product portfolio ~ This is a great role to learn Moveworks - the leading enterprise Agentic AI platform - that is going to soon become part of the ServiceNow ecosystem. 5+ years of work experience on the ServiceNow platform with heavy focus on integrations. a) IT Operations Management (ITOM) (Discovery, Service Mapping) OR ~ SAP Ariba, SAP PeopleSoft, Oracle, Coupa, Concur, Workday, Intune/JAMF). ~ Back-end software development experience in at least one programming language (Python, Java, C++, Golang) ~ Experience with APIs and integrations - ~-- Understanding of JSON & XML ~-- Experience using API tools like Postman or Insomnia ~ Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or similar areas ~ Bonus Points for ---------------------------- Prior experience working in a consulting or professional services company Development experience on at least one cloud platform – AWS, Azure, Google Cloud (GCP) Experience building integrations with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP suite, Coupa, Ariba, Oracle etc. Open-source software contributions or personal/hobby software projects
