Shift Time: 6.Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Technical Developer with minimum experience of 8 years in technical development.
* Candidate must have technical experience for US and Canada Payroll.
* Strong writing Fast Formula development and worked in payroll area for US and Canada region.
* Development and support for payroll data extracts.
* Strong in SQL/PL SQL tuning and programing.
* HDL experience
* Experience in Payroll Balance Initializations and Balance Adjustments for US and Canada localizations.
* Experience working on Pay slip template customizations.
* Responsible for uniting/regression testing of RICE components.

# Should have experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including experience in US and Canada Payroll. Consults on requested technical changes, partnering with the team to determine best options for design decisions based on documented requirements, current configuration, and downstream impacts. Ensures data integrity and governance by supporting large/complex data imports and extracts and validating accuracy through reporting and queries. Provides analysis and consultation on implementing new software application products or new modules or any new requirement in existing applications. Provides experienced technical support for integrations, reports, and large data imports/extractions. Plans for and supports migrations, releases, upgrades, and/or patches - mitigating risk/downstream impacts. Engages Digital and vendor for support, as necessary.

Master or equivalent graduate in computer science, engineering, or other relevant fields.
* Must have good knowledge of the Oracle fusion HCM modules and Payroll area.
