Role Description
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Facility Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the facility management industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, expanding the client portfolio, and ensuring long-term business success. This role requires a deep understanding of facility management services, strong sales and negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to market
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand facility management services.
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients, conduct market research, and generate leads to grow the business.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their facility needs and offer customized solutions.
Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
Revenue & Profit Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by securing new contracts and optimizing service offerings.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with operations, finance, and facility management teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Brand Positioning & Networking: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Performance Reporting: Track and analyze key sales metrics, generate reports, and provide recommendations for business growth.
Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, Facilities Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in facility management or related industries.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in facility management, real estate, property management, or corporate services .
Familiarity with B2B sales, tender processes, and contract negotiations .
Certification in sales, business development, or facility management (e.g., IFMA, BOMA, or equivalent) .
Proficiency in using business intelligence platforms is a plus
Experience in the facilities management or real estate industry is advantageous
