Key Responsibilities: Business Development : Visit schools, colleges, and educational institutions to introduce and promote our travel programs. Identify and reach out to key decision-makers such as principals, administrators, and faculty heads to discuss potential collaborations. Build and maintain long-term relationships with educational institutions to ensure continued partnerships. MOU Signings : Develop and negotiate agreements with schools and colleges to sign MOUs, outlining the terms of collaboration for organizing educational tours. Coordinate the logistics of MOU signings and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time. Lead Generation : Generate new leads through direct outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking with educational stakeholders. Identify potential prospects and convert them into customers by effectively communicating the value proposition of our services. Orientation Sessions : Organize and conduct orientation sessions with schools and colleges to introduce our travel programs and benefits to students and faculty. Act as the primary point of contact for educational institutions during the orientation phase. Sales Strategy and Reporting : Create and implement a sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Regularly report on lead generation progress, signed MOUs, and overall sales performance. Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and product teams for continuous improvement. Customer Relationship Management : Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with the service provided. Handle any issues or queries from educational institutions related to the travel programs. Skills and Qualifications: Experience : Minimum 2-3 years of field sales experience, preferably in the education, travel, or hospitality sectors. Experience in building partnerships with educational institutions (schools, colleges) is a strong plus. Education : A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Travel, or a related field is preferred. Key Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Proven track record in sales, lead generation, and closing deals. Knowledge of the education sector and its decision-making process is an advantage. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Familiarity with CRM software for managing leads and client interactions. Other Attributes : Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven. Strong organizational and time management skills.
