Sr Account Executive - SMB, North America (Founding AE) About the Company: Qodex.ai is an AI-powered API testing and documentation platform. We automate API testing and documentation using AI, enabling you to achieve 60% automation coverage in a single day, simplify integrations, and save up to 80% on costs. Role: We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sr Account Executive / Founding AE - SMB, NA. As an AE, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You will leverage your strong prospecting skills and deep understanding of the market to build relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, uncover their pain points, and demonstrate how Qodex can solve their unique software testing challenges. Ultimately, your success will be measured by your ability to consistently generate qualified leads, close high-velocity deals, and exceed quota. Responsibilities: Prospect and qualify Inbound and Outbound leads through cold calling, emailing, and social selling activities Conduct thorough need analysis to understand the unique requirements and challenges of prospective clients with respect to their software testing needs Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and exceed sales quotas Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities by effectively managing the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales support, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies Work closely with the Founder & CEO to build a good pipeline coverage to hit revenue and logo goals Deliver compelling sales presentations, and negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to maximize profitability while meeting the needs of the customer Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software Requirements: Proven 3 -6 years of sales experience in the Saa S industry, preferably as an Account Executive or a similar role Previous experience selling in North America region Successful track record of winning high velocity transactional deals in North America region Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and driven to succeed Proficient with Hubspot, Linked In Sales Navigator, email outreach, call outreach among other sales stack tools BA/BS degree or equivalent
