Role Description
Maintain quality and quantity of parent seeds required for commercial seed production, in line with business plans.
Support production department by providing timely parent seed stock, required information and ensuring field quality confirmation.
Provide annual production plans, budgeting and resource control
Qualifications
Inventory Management, Supply Chain Coordination, and Supplier Relations skills. Should have k nowledge of breeding programs and plant genetics
Data Analysis and Strategic Planning abilities
Collaborative nature with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer focused, innovative & experimentative, Developing and implementing best practices and knowledge sharing
Proficiency in Microsoft office and ERP systems
Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
B. Sc Agriculture (MSC preferred) with 4 to 5-year experience in seed industry
