Role Summary: The position will play a pivotal role in shaping a vibrant and engaging learning environment for MBA students. The position is responsible for managing the MBA programme office and designing, coordinating, and executing initiatives that enrich the academic, professional, and social experience of students, while strengthening engagement with industry professionals and external partners. Student Experience and Engagement Design and implement a holistic student experience plan encompassing academic, co-curricular, and professional development activities. Serve as the key interface between students and the programme office, ensuring consistent communication. Industry Interface and Networking Oversee planning and execution of industry engagement events such as leadership talks, panel discussions, and networking sessions. Facilitate industry-based projects, live assignments, and experiential learning opportunities for students. Event and Experience Management Lead end-to-end planning, logistics, and execution of academic and student events within the MBA programme. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery and impactful student experiences. Support academic operations, including orientation, scheduling, and communication related to courses and assessments. Master’s degree (preferably MBA or equivalent) from a reputed institution. ~10–15 years of relevant experience in higher education, corporate relations or, student engagement. ~ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage effectively with students. ~ ability to work in an academic environment that values collaboration and innovation. ~ Experience of working with reputed organisations.
