With 85%+ construction still unorganized in India, Brick&Bolt is on a path to capture the massive and super-broken market using our technology and processes.● Expanding to more than 12 cities in 15 months. With the Series A2 round, Brick&Bolt has raised a total of $16 million. Earlier Sequoia Surge, Fundamental, HDFC Capital Advisors Limited and Stride Ventures have invested in Brick&Bolt. In Jan 2023, we raised Series A2 Funding of $10million from Accel and Celesta Capital.Role - Head Partner Management (Acquisition & Management)Role and Responsibilities:-● Supporting the development of long-term organizational strategy for Contractor/Subcontractors partnership● Conducting research and analyses of effectiveness and processes of Onboarding Process● Aligning departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy based on Demand & Supply Matrix● Engagement activities planning to motivate Contractor & partners● Assessing market trends and competitors to make the decision on Contractors/Subcontractors Payout Presenting findings, projections and recommended actions● Planning, implementing and managing proposed recommendations and projects● Monitoring and reporting on projects● Supporting and guiding senior executives/Managers in decision-making processesRequirements:● Degree in business or related field, MBA preferred● 6-8 years of experience in merchant onboarding, management consulting or strategic planning● Must have 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced startup environment● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills● Strong organizational and planning skills● Project management skills● Strong leadership and Negotiation skills
