PPC Manager (Paid Media Specialist) At a Glance High-Converting, Popular AI Application – Work on one of the market’s most talked-about apps in the AI intimacy space. Salary – Starting at approx. INR 80,000/month (negotiable based on experience). Ad Budget – Manage an expanding monthly ad budget currently at $40,000. Performance Incentive – Earn 10% of purchase conversion value from your ads, paid monthly. Fully Remote – Choose your own 8-hour schedule within a full-time (Mon–Fri) framework. Design, Video, & Engineering – Leverage our in-house design, video editing, and marketing engineering team to support your goals. We’re looking for a skilled and motivated PPC Manager to join our remote team and drive high-impact ad campaigns across multiple platforms. What You’ll Do Strategy & Execution : Own and optimize PPC campaigns across Meta, Exo Click, Twitter Ads, Tik Tok Ads, and other ad networks to achieve a Cost-Per-Result (CPR) of $30 or less. Full-Funnel Management : Manage bids, ad set structures, and targeting strategies to drive conversions and scale campaigns profitably. Creative Collaboration : Work closely with our in-house design team (video editing & graphics) to develop and iterate on ad creatives, ensuring campaigns are consistently refreshed with engaging assets. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Team up with our marketing engineering, digital marketing, and design specialists to continually refine funnel performance and user experience. Tracking & Analytics : Leverage Pixel integrations, Google Analytics (UTM), and a centralized data dashboard for performance insights, ensuring accurate reporting on campaign ROI. Reporting & Communication : Report directly to the CEO. Provide transparent updates on KPI trends, key insights, and recommendations for campaign optimizations. Innovation & Growth : Stay on top of emerging ad platforms, testing new channels and strategies to drive incremental growth. What We’re Looking For PPC Expertise : Proven hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns on platforms like Meta, Exo Click, Twitter Ads, and Tik Tok Ads. Analytical Mindset : Ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and confidently propose changes to improve ROI. Drive to Succeed : Motivated by performance-based compensation and eager to achieve (and surpass) ambitious goals. Communication & Teamwork : Excellent collaboration skills with a knack for articulating campaign strategies and results clearly.
