Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead our Linked In marketing efforts, grow our presence, and drive brand and engagement growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Linked In Growth & Strategy:
- Develop, execute, and optimize Linked In strategies to increase Supersourcing’s brand presence, follower base, and engagement.
- Collaborate with company leaders to amplify their profiles and leverage their voices for organic growth.
- Create, curate, and manage Linked In content that aligns with our brand messaging and business goals.
- Use Linked In Analytics to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
2. Content Creation & Management:
- Write and manage high-quality content tailored to our B2 B audience.
- Work closely with the video marketing team to align social media content with ongoing video marketing efforts.
- Plan and schedule content around key achievements, events, and new initiatives.
3. Growth & Lead Generation:
- Optimize Linked In as a channel for growth and lead generation.
- Leverage Linked In events and video marketing to drive traffic and engagement.
4. Industry Events:
- Promote company-hosted events on social media to boost engagement, traffic, and lead generation.
Key Qualifications:
- Social Media Expertise: Proven experience managing and growing Linked In and Twitter (X) channels for B2 B brands.
- Content Creation: Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft engaging and relevant content.
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills, with experience using social media analytics tools to track growth and optimize campaigns.
- Creativity & Innovation: A flair for creating unique and impactful social media content.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and take ownership of Linked In and Twitter strategies.
