We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting with audiences across various platforms. This role is key to driving engagement, building brand awareness, and supporting our overall marketing strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging, high-quality content including posts, videos, graphics, and stories for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn.
  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster meaningful conversations to build a loyal online community.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, using insights to optimize strategies and campaigns.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment with broader company objectives.
  • Grooms Social Media Pages: Ability to gain followers on Multiple social media pages in given amount of time
  • Research- Conduct targeted research aligned with the specific goals of the project and develop detailed case studies to analyze and demonstrate best practices, outcomes.


Qualifications

-Proven experience 1 year or more in social media marketing or a related role.

-Strong content creation skills, including writing.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-Proficiency in social media platforms, tools, and analytics (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).

-Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
