We currently have an opening for a Consultant-Deal Shaping at our Bangalore office. o Map client requirements and recommend commercially viable brand and marketing solutions from the company’s portfolio. o Coordinate with different stakeholders and internal teams for the required support in developing commercial offer decks o Lead proposal development for Brand & Marketing Measurement Solutions: solutioning, cost estimates, proposal decks, and pitch materials. • Operations support o Engage with the sales and operations team in clearly articulating the statement of work (SOWs) for the engagement Content & Collateral Management o Maintain and update case studies for Brand & Marketing Solutions, organised by use-case and geography. ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALITIES • Prior experience in marketing analytics, project delivery (consulting/ analytics) is a must-have - key areas of focus – Brand and Marketing. • Excellent knowledge of marketing and brand strategy, particularly in the consumer goods domain. • High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and content development. • Solid project management, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Business development or deal shaping experience is a plus. 2–4 years of experience in Marketing, Market Research, Strategy, Marketing Analytics, Consulting, or B2B Sales. • Master’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
