Follow up pre- and post-consultation to ensure show-up and conversion. 2. Business Diagnosis & Presentation Uncover root causes of business legal challenges. Present customized solutions and articulate program/service benefits clearly. 3.Pipeline & CRM Management Track every opportunity in CRM. Maintain follow-up sequences for undecided prospects. 4. Team Collaboration Provide feedback to Pre-Sales & Sales Consultants to improve lead quality. Participate in daily ops meetings & reports. KPIs / Outcomes • Rs 30 Lakhs + GST new business revenue/month (12–15 units). • Maintain 30%+ closing ratio.
