If you’ve managed creators, built scripts in South Indian languages, and delivered campaigns at scale, this role is for you.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end execution of influencer/UGC campaignsSource, brief, and coordinate with Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam creators (bonus: other regional languages)Review and refine scripts/content for brand fit + cultural relevanceTrack campaign performance (views, engagement, CTR, CAC) and prepare reportsMaintain the creator database and performance recordsRequirements1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing/UGC executionPrior agency experience is a must (handling multiple brands/campaigns)Strong knowledge of Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam (must-have)Proven experience in script creation/review for regional campaignsExcellent coordination & communication skillsComfortable with campaign reporting and basic analyticsCandidate PreferencesPrior work with South Indian creatorsFamiliarity with Instagram, YouTube, Reels/Shorts trendsOrganised, detail-oriented, and able to work in fast-paced environmentsTools & PlatformsExperience using Google Sheets/Excel for reportingFamiliarity with social media insights dashboards (Instagram/YouTube)Bonus: Exposure to influencer toolsĀ Soft SkillsProblem-solving mindset for last-minute changesStrong time management and ability to juggle multiple campaignsTeam collaboration & client communication exposureCareer Growth AngleOpportunity to grow into the Campaign Manager role within 1–2 years based on performanceCultural FitPassion for regional storytelling and South Indian content trendsComfortable in a fast-paced agency environmentHow to ApplySend your resume and portfolio/links of campaigns you’ve worked on to: manish@wedomarketing.co.in
